Return policy
– If the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not meet the specifications, you can contact the MTA3 customer service team and inform us of the defect found in the product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, and the matter will not be considered after this period has passed.
– Requests for return or exchange are approved only if the product is damaged or the product does not conform to the specifications available on our store.
– The return and exchange service is not available outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
– MTA3 Store is not responsible for damaged products resulting from international shipping.
– MTA3 Foundation reserves the right to refuse return or change the product at any time at its discretion.
If the product is returned:
– The customer has the right to request that the product be remanufactured and it will take the same manufacturing and delivery period.
– The customer can request to cancel the product/order and receive a full refund without deducting any fees.
Terms of return or exchange:
– The product must be in its original packaging with all its accessories and user manual.
We do not accept the return of scratched or damaged products as a result of misuse or malfunction due to connecting electricity to the wrong voltage.
At our discretion we may consider the returned product does not meet the above criteria.
How to return a product:
If you received your product from a luggage delivery team or one of the service providers, you must contact us.
After we recover the unit, we will conduct an inspection for replacement or refund.
After inspection by our technicians that the product conforms to the packaging conditions, complete availability of supplies, and verification of the technical products, the executive director’s approval/rejection for replacement or refund will be obtained.
The replaced product will be shipped/delivered.
Follow the response method and choose the location.
We will not exchange a product for a different model unless the original product is no longer in stock.
In such circumstances we will ask for your consent before processing it.
(The refund process takes 14 working days).
